Older Projects
Accenture (2020-2021)
At Accenture, my main client engagement was with Signet Jewelers, which owns Kay Jewelers, Zales, Jareds, and other widely-known jewelry retailers. I was part of a large team that focused on research and strategy around the customer journey — from initial inspiration, to purchasing, and servicing jewelry. I facilitated workshops for leadership and technical teams to shape digital strategy and evangelize user needs. The following customer journey maps were the result of months of research and data collection, and were critical to shaping digital strategy for the brands.
Tribevest (2019-2020)
In 2019, I had the opportunity to join a startup, Tribevest, as a co-founder and sole designer. I created this application from scratch, at the direction of my co-founders/subject matter experts, and 80 early adopters.
Abercrombie & Fitch (2018-2019)
I spent a year at Abercrombie & Fitch, which also includes Hollister Co. In my time there, I was responsible for all WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance, while also executing on feature work. I joined as the company was just beginning a rebranding process which focused on model diversity, customer loyalty, and accessibility initiatives.
URBN (2016-2018)
At URBN, my role as Senior Product Experience Designer meant that I designed features for all URBN brands. I typically would design one “white label” version of each feature, then work with the specific brands to match their visual language. I was design and co-product owner for all navigation, search, and product list pages.
